"First Sports Watch"
I will never forget purchasing my Longines Hydro Conquest. It was the first watch I bought valued over $1,000. At the time I did not have the same appreciation for the mechanics within the watches and the price difference between quartz (battery) operated and automatic was to great to be justified. The solid feel on my wrist, and the the feeling it gave me was unreal. I felt like the nautical color combination put me in league with any yachtsman, and yet the sporty design made me want to go grab my scuba tank and see if it could hold up to its 300M of water resistance. I wore this timepiece at the right place and time, every time! She will be missed, however I hope she continues to be loved and create everlasting memories with the next wrist.
